The media portrays beautiful women as being free from "unsightly" body hair. In the last ten years the trend has developed so that now men are embarrassed about having hairy legs or arm pits. Interestingly, removal of body hair is not a new thing. Egyptian priests removed every inch of body hair, including eyebrows. |

Facial Rejuvenation –Supplements to Wash Away the Years
Why is it that some of us are better at aging gracefully than others? Take Helen Mirrin or Michelle Pfeiffer for example. Not a jowl or turkey neck in sight! Does it merely come down to genes and bone structure or is there something we can do to slow down or even reverse the aging process? |

An interesting discussion came up on Nature's Nexus forum. There was a lot of valuable input from members. It started with the idea that soap is the best thing for your hair. But there were problems using soap as it proved hard to rinse out if hard water is used. Rain water is suggested to help with rinsing.
Then a member, Helen, of Zen Soaps who has done extensive research into the subject and has in the past formulated a dog shampoo added her thoughts and basically her experience put everybody straight. |
